We're the U.K.'s biggest internet based supplier of electric bikes.   We provide a service second to none and, importantly, we are prepared to backup our bikes by providing a realistic product guarantee unlike many suppliers.  Also, unlike many other suppliers, we have full time technicians dedicated to the electric bike range who are just a phone call away.   In addition, we hold thousands of pounds worth of spares and will be around for years to come unlike some vendors who appear to simply import a container of bikes then disappear!  We are here to stay!

 

What Warranty do I get?

 

New Synergie bikes are covered by a full 12 Months "Return to Base" Warranty.

 
Please note that during the warranty period, in the unlikely event that the item has to be returned you will be responsible for the cost of return to us. Following the repair we will, though, pay for the cost of shipment back to you. After the warranty period we offer an after sales service comprising supply of parts and if you are unable to fit these yourself, we are certain that anyone familiar with bicycles will be able to do it for you.  Please also note that items not covered by warranty are tyres, chains, brakes, cables, plastics and general wear and tear as you would expect.
 
However, in addition, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 7 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. (Please the section on Distance Selling Regulations below)

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

 

If you are unable to accept these conditions then please do not buy.

 

Distance Selling Regulations  

 
We work in line with this requirement which provides you with the right to return the item to us up to the end of the 7th working day following the day after you received the item. We do not need a reason for cancellation but the item MUST not have been assembled or used and MUST be returned in "As New" condition and in its original packaging. You must notify us in writing that you wish to cancel but do not have to give a reason although this would be useful.
 
You will also be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us and we recommend that you use an insured service. However, once we have received and inspected the item, we will immediately return your original payment for the item itself but not the cost of shipping it to you. Please note that transportation is a separate contract and has nothing to do with the item purchase price. Indeed, you may collect the item free of charge or may organise your own courier.

We are primarily an internet based seller so, as such, do not have any retail premises but we do have demonstration models usually available.  It is, however, possible for you to collect your bike from us thus saving on the shipping cost.   We also provide a build service at a cost of £99 so that your bike is completed and fully functional when you collect it.  This cost also covers the cost of disposal of packing materials etc.

Delivery 

 
For all items paid for before noon on a working day (i.e. Mon - Fri) we will try to despatch the same day. Normally, delivery may take up to two working days but this will depend on how close you are to a main distribution depot.

In Transit Insurance
 
Your shipment charge covers both LOSS and DAMAGE but you MUST check the item when you receive it. If the outer packaging looks damaged then mark the courier's form as "Damaged". If you are unable to check it then sign it as "Unchecked".
 

Any damage claim can only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of receipt and you will be unable to make any claim unless you have adhered to the above.

 

Please note that if you are not at home when the courier arrives he or she will "card" you and either they will re-deliver the item on an agreed day or you can pick it up. Please also note, however, that if you arrange a date/time and then are not in you may then be charged for a third delivery.
